Kerry R. Brittain
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Brittain was elected Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary on June 1, 2003 and served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from July 15, 2002 to May 31, 2003. From April 2001 until July 2002, Mr. Brittain was the General Counsel for two technology companies owned by Union Pacific Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Brittain spent over 24 years with Union Pacific Resources Company in increasingly senior positions, including Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Brittain holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a law degree from the University of Wyoming.
