Steven W. Tholen
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Mr. Tholen was elected Senior Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on January 1, 2001. From June 1995 through 2000, Mr. Tholen was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Penn Virginia Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Tholen served in various capacities at Cabot Oil and Gas Corporation, including Treasurer. Mr. Tholen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver.
